1. Where We Ship We ship worldwide, with the exception of Russia. If your country is not supported at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to fulfill your order at this time.

2. Shipping Carriers We ship using DHL, UPS, and Hermes, depending on your location and order size. The carrier for your order may vary.

3. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (e.g. new releases, sales), processing may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–21 business days

These are estimates only — actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

6. Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking availability depends on the carrier and destination country.

7. Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or carrier issues outside our control.
